Viotron International Case Study

Quick Overview

Viotron International’s goal was to find a more efficient way to process orders. During the initial meeting I gathered information about the company and analyzed their daily processes and came up with some solutions.

Challenges

Creating an eCommerce system database, integrated in a Flash interface.
Developing an attractive look for people in the medical industry.
Simple updating and distribution of a monthly newsletter.

Solutions

Using cutting edge technology found among very few I forged a new method of presenting and purchasing products online. It was a lofty programming challenge to meet with a 3 week completion timeline. I created an admin section allowing the client to update the products effortlessly. I also created an efficient inventory and invoicing system that eliminated several unnecessary man hours from Viotron's operations.

My interface was designed by working with the medical industry standard of cleanliness emphasis the organic origin of the medicinal products they offer.

I created a simple custom interface that allows the client to draft a simple newsletter in Microsoft Word to be easily uploaded for display online and distributed via email to the many doctors in Viotron's database.
